Challenge
Develop "The LaFarge Way" North America product meeting support materials.

Solution
Designed, printed and custom-manufactured ticket holders as well as luggage tags, agenda booklets, leave behind and "How are we doing" cards. The project also included over 700 mail merged personal agendas.

Challenge
Reward Canadian Dealers for achievement of sales objectives.

Solution
The "Great TRANE Treasure Hunt" travel incentive was launched using a full colour presentation folder, post card enrolment reminder and magnetic memo board. Subsequently, participants received monthly Captain’s Log mailers that included low cost teasers such as bags of gold gum and gold coins. There were also travel and product quizzes where winners could receive Canon binoculars and cameras.

RS&A provided creative direction, design, copywriting, print production, direct marketing and award fulfilment.

Challenge
Develop President’s Club travel recognition award support materials.

Solution
Designed, printed and mail merged personal agenda booklets and travel activity vouchers. In addition, RS&A provided the custom manufacture and embroidery of travel document holders, foil stamped leather luggage tags and silk-screened ID holders (see Promotional Merchandise - Various).

Challenge
Invite Ontario and Quebec Bell Mobility Dealer Principals and key head office staff to attend the launch of a new “flip” cellular phone.

Solution
Created a custom envelope with inserts showing a somersaulting dancer and copy that required the recipient to “flip” the page to read it. RS&A coordinated events in Toronto and Montreal, including venue selection, food and beverage, database marketing, registration, musicians, a/v hire, gift-wrapping and signage.

Response
Following the success of the meetings RS&A were awarded their incentive program, promotional merchandise, events and trade show projects.

Invite Bell Mobility, MTS, BCTel Dealer Principals to attend a product information, incentive launch and fun, all-day event at one of four golf venues across Canada. 

Solution
Integrated the “Dare to Win” incentive program aeronautical concept into every aspect of the event including mailing invitations in rocket-shaped water bottles; promotional clothing and merchandise; pilot costume hire, “Top Gun” music and interactive computer game. RS&A also coordinated venue selection; food and beverage; database marketing; registration; a/v hire; and signage.
