Develop Dealer meeting communication materials for Deerhurst and Château Mont Tremblant.

Solution
For two consecutive years RS&A have designed and produced ticket wallets, baggage tags, agenda brochures, leave behind cards, appreciation cards, menus and tent cards.

Challenge
To increase the number of Canadian licensees, formalize a corporate brand identity and improve communications.

Solution
Developed an initial marketing plan that identified the need to develop LMC/licensee web sites and provide licensee corporate identity tools, e-mail newsletters and press releases. To date, RS&A have designed, written and produced a 2-page full-colour advertorial and licensee recruitment brochure.

Develop corporate identity and marketing support materials for a financial services company.

Solution
Designed and produced a full-colour brochure, binder covers, spines and inserts; 2-colour letterhead and business cards; and templates for PowerPoint and e-mail.

Psion Teklogix

Challenge
Provide an invitation and business gifts for a reception at the Gotêborg Opera House in Sweden that included a performance of an extract from the opera Carmen.

Solution
Integrated a bar of music from Carmen into the graphics of a 2-colour invitation that was inserted into a black envelope and hand delivered to the attendees hotel rooms. The gift was a boxed, high quality, laser engraved pen and light key fob set.

RS&A provided design, print production and promotional merchandise services.

Direct Marketing/Sales Incentive


Client
EMCO/TRANE

Challenge
Reward Canadian Dealers for achievement of sales objectives.

Solution
The "Great TRANE Treasure Hunt" travel incentive was launched using a full colour presentation folder, post card enrolment reminder and magnetic memo board. Subsequently, participants received monthly Captain’s Log mailers that included low cost teasers such as bags of gold gum and gold coins. There were also travel and product quizzes where winners could receive Canon binoculars and cameras.

RS&A provided creative direction, design, copywriting, print production, direct marketing and award fulfilment.

Challenge
Develop a new “President’s Club” logo and Arizona travel recognition award communications. 

Solution
Custom designed a die-cut corrugated folder with full colour award highlights and 30 page agenda. The concept integrated Native American graphics, earth tones, leather fastener, foil printing and specialty paper stocks. Also produced matching ticket wallets, destination guides and exclusive room gifts.

RS&A provided creative direction, copywriting, print production and project management.

Challenge
Develop President’s Club, Mexico travel recognition award communications.

Solution
For year 2, the communications were designed with a similar format to the previous year but with a more corporate look. The folder included a custom fastening; full colour destination highlights; 24 page agenda; team building motivational copy and quotations.

RS&A also supplied matching ticket wallets, destination guides, room gifts and a unique all-employee promotional 3-D post card.

Solution
While retaining the integrity established in previous years, the design for year 3 used a blind embossed logo, distinctive paper stock, motivational quotations, mirage photo background and palm tree graphic. 

RS&A provided creative direction, copywriting, print production and project management for the full colour award highlights, 30 page agenda, destination guide and ticket wallets.

Challenge
Recognize and reward Bell Mobility/MTS/BCTel Dealer store managers and staff for product purchases.

Solution
Developed the “Dare to Win” incentive program which included a full colour promotional folder and awards brochure, Pilot’s Log tracking form, motivational poster and store “Pilot Performance” chart with removable participant plane decals. Also produced performance statements and product knowledge quizzes.

RS&A provided creative direction; copywriting; travel, incentive and promotional merchandise fulfillment; administration; and project management.
