Challenge
To increase the number of Canadian licensees, formalize a corporate brand identity and improve communications.
Solution
Developed an initial marketing plan that identified the need to develop LMC/licensee web sites and provide licensee corporate identity tools, e-mail newsletters and press releases. To date, RS&A have designed, written and produced a 2-page full-colour advertorial and licensee recruitment brochure.

Challenge
Motivate employees to refer client insurance and investment leads.
Solution
Developed the "RSVP" lead referral incentive program where employees could win travel and merchandise prizes. This "closed-end" budget program was printed on 2-colour letterhead with black launch invitation envelopes, tuxedo gift boxes, red tissue and star confetti. Also provided foil-stamped truffle teasers and sweepstakes draw prizes.
RS&A provided strategic direction, copywriting, design, print production, promotional merchandise, award fulfilment and event support.
Response
Initially, RS&A developed a strategic marketing plan that included customer loyalty, incentive, recognition, client and business partner referral programs. On completion of the RSVP program, we were then hired to conduct a review of the branch exterior, advertising, marketing materials and Internet/Intranet communications.

Designed and produced marketing materials and logo for a new Internet company. Integrated the design into business cards, full-colour brochures, back-lit signage, hanging banners and floor signs.

Response
Due to the demand, E-manufacturing requested a brochure reprint.
